Services and Responsibilities
ABACO HEALTH LLC provides medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, denial management, and credentialing services. We are committed to delivering these services with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with industry standards.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery. Any delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information will not be the responsibility of ABACO HEALTH LLC.
We strive to deliver services within agreed timelines; however, certain processes may depend on third parties such as insurance providers and regulatory bodies. We are not liable for delays caused by such external entities.
Clients agree to cooperate with our team, provide necessary documentation promptly, and maintain clear communication throughout the service period.
Payment Terms and Limitation of Liability
All fees for services provided by ABACO HEALTH LLC must be paid as per the agreed terms outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
We are committed to delivering high-quality services; however, ABACO HEALTH LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in reimbursements caused by insurance companies or regulatory changes.
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure accuracy and compliance, the final responsibility for submitted claims and documentation rests with the client. We recommend regular review and verification of submitted information.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality, Termination, and Governing Law
ABACO HEALTH LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client and patient information. We adhere to strict data protection standards and ensure that sensitive information is handled responsibly.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and ongoing services will be concluded as per agreed terms.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of our services.
